Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
The delivery period consists of two phases:

  • Processing Time: Within one (1) business day after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Your package will then be prepared for shipping.
  • Shipping Time:
    • UK: 5-10 business days
    • Shipping is handled by DHL or Royal Mail

All shipping times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year.

Shipping Costs
We offer free premium worldwide shipping to our customers. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple parts.
