Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing reasons.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Consumers must return goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. The consumer bears return shipping costs.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Newspapers, magazines (excluding subscriptions)
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if unsealed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
